I don't have an account. Do I need one?
You don't need an account to browse our site and products but you will need to create an account once you are ready to buy as we will need your address and contact details. Once you have ordered from us you can use the same account next time you shop with us.
Help! I've forgotten my log in details
Happens to everyone at some time or other! Click on the 'Login' link which is located up near the top of the website near the RHSport logo. Under the 'Returning Customer' section you will see a 'Lost password' link down the bottom next to the Sign In button.
You will need to enter your email address to retrieve your password. If you can't remember the email address you used to sign up or you have since closed that email account please send an email to [email protected] with your details. Alternatively you can open up a new account if you have a new email address.
I'm having problems viewing your website. What's wrong?
That's a tricky one. Can you view other websites? Have you tried an alternate browser such as Chrome or Firefox? If the problem is specifically with the RHSports website we would like to hear about it. Please email [email protected] with as much information as you can (screenshots are also helpful).
You don't have the product I need. Will you be getting more products?
RHSports is adding new products all the time so make sure you bookmark our page and come back and visit us on a regular basis. Alternatively you can email [email protected] and ask about the product you're interested in.
I've never heard of Nyda brand. What is it?
Nyda is RHSports exclusive brand. When buying Nyda products you can be sure you're receiving a product that is innovative and durable and is backed by a 12 month warranty.
Can I pick up my items from your store?
RHSports does not have store front at this time, however school wear and some apparel items can be collected from our Showroom outlet located in Ringwood, Victoria Australia. Please make sure the items you will be collecting are in stock before you arrive. Our address can be found on the Contact Us page.
Do you have a postage cost?
RHSports offers a flat rate of $10 postage to anywhere in Australia and orders over $100 will be posted for free. However we do sell items that are heavy or bulky and they will incur an extra freight charge.
I don't live in Australia. Can I order from you?
At this stage RHSports only posts to people who reside within Australia.
I added items to my cart but now I can't find them.
To view the cart click on the shopping trolley item up the top right hand side of the website. If the items are still not in your cart try adding them again. If you continue to experience problems using our website phone 1800 819 124 and place your order with our customer service staff. Make sure you tell them you were having problems ordering online so we can look into it.
I'm not sure about clothing sizing. How will I know if something will fit?
RHSports provides sizing for most of their clothing. Please see the Size Charts page. If you're still not sure we recommend you phone our office and discuss your specific needs or visit our Showroom and try on the garments.
I don't want to use my credit card online. Do I have other options?
We take your security and ours very seriously. RHSports uses National Australia Bank's internet portals for real time authorisation and payment processing via 128 bit SSL encryption. However if you want to purchase from RHSports but don't want to use your credit card online (or don't have one) please phone our office on 1800 819 124 to place your order.
I've placed my order. How long until it arrives?
We know how exciting it can be waiting for a fresh new parcel full of goodies to arrive in the mail. That's why (in most cases) orders are packed and posted within 24 hours (weekdays only) of receiving them. There are certain times of the year where RHSports are busier than usual (ie Christmas) and your order may take a little longer to be dispatched. All retail orders are sent via Australia Post and can take up to 10 days to arrive.
My order came and there has been a mistake. How do I send it back?

I keep getting emails from you that I didn't sign up for. How can I make them stop?
If you are receiving emails from RHSports that you believe you didn't sign up for you can unsubscribe via the link included down the bottom of the email. If you can't find a link or you have already unsubscribed and are still receiving emails please email your details to [email protected] so we can make sure you are removed from our marketing list.
