Claims and Returns
If you receive an item that is damaged or you are missing an item from your order you must notify our office within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please phone 1800 819 124 or email sales@rhsports.com.au with your invoice/order number and your name and address.

Freight costs on the return of incorrectly ordered goods will be the customer's responsibility.

Changed Your Mind?
We understand that sometimes goods arrive and they aren't exactly what you thought they'd be. RHSports wants you to be 100% happy with all your purchases and we will gladly refund or exchange a product* provided:

  • the packaging is not torn or broken
  • the product has not been used, labelled or worn
  • the return postage cost is at your expense.

*postage costs will not be reimbursed on any non faulty items

In some instances a re-stocking fee may apply. This will be advised at the time of your enquiry.

Product Guarantee
NYDA products are our exclusive brand and are backed by a 12 month guarantee. All other products sold by RHSports come with various guarantee timeframes so please contact us as soon as you experience an issue.
