CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

ABOUT THE ROLE:

RHSports are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer service representative. This position is a full-time position and the right person must have the ability to build strong lasting relationships with customers. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, highly organised, efficient and can work well under pressure.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (Inclusive, not limited by):

  • Incoming customer enquiries – phone, email, in person
  • Maintaining and building existing relationships with both existing and prospective customers
  • Provide support for the on road Sales Team
  • Processing incoming orders
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Participate in bi-annual Sales Conference and fortnightly team meetings
  • Other tasks as directed
  • The following requirements are a must:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior customer service experience with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Enthusiasm for the sports/fitness market
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
