CLAIMS AND RETURNS
Claims for damages or shortages must be notified to our office within 7 days of goods receipt.
Customers must obtain a return authorisation before returning goods.
Goods labelled by the customer cannot be returned.
Freight costs on the return of incorrectly ordered goods will be the customer’s responsibility.

FREIGHT
Freight is charged but underwritten on all ex warehouse deliveries. Freight costs apply to all agency products and may also apply to larger or weighty deliveries.
Exceptions to this freight calculation are marked with symbol in the catalogue and usually include:
• Heavy, bulky or dangerous goods
• Agency lines which are delivered directly by the manufacturer.
