All of our territory managers have a background within the education system or have coaching backgrounds and therefore have a knowledge and understanding of the requirements of our customers. We carry out an ongoing product-training program, which equips your representative with a vast knowledge about specific product and it’s applications.
We take pride in delivering quality service to our customers in all aspects of our business and the involvement of our territory managers is vital to this. Our sales staff can provide you with –

* Suggested applications for our product within your program
* Suggested activities for unusual and different products
* Product selection advice e.g. ascertaining your core requirements for fundamental skill development, recommendations for correct size / weight requirements for match equipment and selecting product within your budget range
* Recommend new and fun products for the enjoyment of your students
Tracy Howard, from the central coast, Newcastle region most recently joined our experienced NSW team of Kylie Mulholland, Mikalae Elkins and Alex Smith. Whilst in Victoria Jeff Dodd (and ACT), Michael Lumsden, Shaun Panayi and Annie La Rosa continue to deliver the outstanding service standards RHSports is known for. Tasmania is now receiving expert service from Shaun Panayi.
We welcome our newest team member Marianne Young, who is a permanent Brisbane resident and who will be taking the proven RHSports service to Queensland. Marianne is looking forward to meeting with our many Qld customers and to developing many new associations within the sporting field.

Ofefring many years of combined experience Rob Ruffle and Jill Swiney are original members of the RHSports team and are experts in every facet of our operations. Additional to their head office support is Daniel Marshall and Sophie Dobbyn who process all incoming web and phone orders and who will be attending to many of your sales enquiries both effectively and efficiently. Our Apparel department boasts highly experienced staff headed by Maree Scott and supported by Kerryn Crombie, Jackie Cook, Priya Manohar, Lisa Kelly and Pam Harbud. We welcome newly appointed Linda Reeve who provides face to face expert service to our many school wear customers. Our apparel department has the knowledge, experience and resources to satisfy all school, club and corporate clothing requirements.
